We manufacture our gums using carefully controlled production techniques under strict current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Agglomeration: Our unique process transforms fine powder into aggregates. The steps involve a proprietary process which results in our Pre-Hydrated® Gums that virtually eliminate dust in handling and disperse quickly without lumping during your production process.
- Spray Drying: Spray Dry Arabic is successfully used for such applications as flavor encapsulation in foods and beverages, adding soluble dietary fiber to functional foods and making cosmetic facial masks.
- Guar Processing: By producing our own Guar Gum, we can carefully control the manufacturing environment for a wide variety of specialty food grades, resulting in superior quality with exceptionally low bacteria counts.
- Blending: If your product calls for a hydrocolloid blend with maximum functionality, we can deliver. And your ingredient costs might even be reduced because of the synergistic effects of blending gums.
